U of T researchers find diabetes medication may slow memory decline in Alzheimer’s disease

Dr. Walter Swardfager, an assistant professor with the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology and Joey Wu, a graduate student in the department were featured in a recent Faculty of Medicine news article for their work on a study that found that a common diabetes medication may slow memory loss in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
