Awards and Financial Support

Students in the full-time thesis-based M.Sc. and Ph.D. programs in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology receive an annual base funding package during the normal funded years (2 years for MSc students, 4 years for PhD students, 5 years for PhD Direct-Entry) provided they remain registered and in good standing with the program. 

The stipend may be achieved through a combination of awards from different sources. The remainder is supported by grant funds awarded to supervising faculty members.

Part-time students and students enrolled in the course-based (Applied Clinical Pharmacology) M.Sc. program are not guaranteed stipend support.
